We offer a 30-day refund policy on prerecorded courses. Live CE courses are non-refundable after registration. If you are unable to attend the live event you will receive a recording 24-48 hours after the event.

Follow the instructions in the course under CE Certificate to access the CE Quiz. To be eligible for a CE certificate you must view at least 75% of the video and pass the CE Quiz with a score of at least 75%.
After completing your CE Quiz return to My Account > My Courses. Find your course and click Mark as Complete. Then click View Certificate.
