These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO website, services, courses, content, and membership offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Our Services are intended solely for licensed healthcare providers, educators, and students in relevant health professions. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
All content provided through Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Patients or non-professionals should consult with their own licensed provider for any medical concerns.
Use of the content, including Continuing Education (CE) materials, does not establish a provider-patient relationship with Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO or any contributors.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
All content, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, graphics, course materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as explicitly permitted under your license (e.g., personal professional use, CE credit).
CE content may be available through our platform and is intended for licensed professionals. We do our best to ensure CE materials meet board requirements, but it is your responsibility to confirm that a specific course qualifies for CE credit with your licensing board.
Certificates are provided upon successful completion of eligible courses, including meeting all quiz and participation requirements.
Certain features of the Services require payment. If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the intervals stated at the time of purchase until canceled.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for past payments.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
Share course materials, login information, or account access with non-members;
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information;
Interfere with the functionality of the site or other users’ experience.
We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations of this section.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party and encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naturopathic Pediatrics PRO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missoula, Montana.
